A wild Ice Cream stand appeared!

[ Sometime around the afternoons, you might find a random stand somewhere. There's a large umbrella of sorts on the top, and along the stand itself there's a large banner that says


ICE CREAM


In majestic font. No really.

Yes, the village of Albright finally gets its own Ice Cream Man of sorts. The person running the stand doesn't look like someone who would be doing such a lame business as this, but apparently he didn't have much choice. He still wears his usual frilly prince outfit, complete with cape. But no one need worry, as he's a friendly guy and is willing to have a conversation even if you're not buying anything.

Anyways, the prices of Ice Cream are listed on the side of the stand, and they're really inexpensive since there's mainly students around and other people who aren't too financially great. There's a variety of flavours besides the main "Soda Flavoured Ice Candy" too. If you buy a batch, you get a discount!

So, if you ever have a craving for ice cream or just want one on a hot day, this is just for you~ ]

Okay. This was worth checking out as Dist was in need of some refreshment, a nice cool delicacy that would make him forget his troubles and the odd memories in head for five minutes.

He walked up casually enough to the stand and looked the menu over, adjusting his tie out of habit. "Perhaps..."

So many choices. What would his creamy fate be today? Scanning the menu over and over, he kept coming back to the main item. "Soda Flavoured Ice Candy?"

Ah, a customer? The ice cream man was in the midst of daydreaming but upon noticing the other guy approach, he goes back to his position and watches the customer.

He gives a nod to that question with a gentle smile. "Yes. It's really popular from back where I came from. Would you be interested in trying it?"

Well, Dist was hardly against trying new things. He liked experimenting(on machines) with trying new thing. It was healthy, and it also helped shove these odd dreams aside as one fact he recalled as a constant in these dreams was he seemed to be a very fixed man for most of his life. Hardly true.

Bringing a hand to his chin just briefly as he listened to Richard's explanation, he nodded as well. "Sounds good to me~ Let me try one." Holding up a few coins to pay, he waited for the delicious(hopefully) reward.

So, in exchange for those coins, you obtain a Soda Flavoured Ice Candy!

"Thank you. I hope that you like it."

Since it's just gotten out of the freezer, it's still in perfect condition and hasn't started the melting process. It may look highly similar to any other ice candy (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v650/mewarrow/sea-salt-ice-cream3.jpg), but it certainly is special. Well, according to Richard at least. Wonder where he got them though, but let's not go into unnecessary details.

Taking it and looking it over carefully, Dist took a tentative bite.

It was like a rainbow of awesome and deliciousness started skipping with unicorns and fairies on his tongue before the everything exploded with epic.

"...It's good~" An understatement, clearly. Richard has acquired permanent customer x1.

He watched the man, quite anxiously, when he's about to take his first bite. After all, there's that chance of the customer not liking it. And that will be embarrassing to say the least.

But his worries are unfounded when the customer spoke again with a positive opinion.

"Ah..."

Richard was glad; not just because of a successful sale and a positive opinion, but also because it means he had perhaps made someones day better with that cold delicacy.

"Thank you. I'm pleased to hear that."

It definitely made his day. A million times over.

Though, why had he never noticed this stand before?

"...Have you always had your stand here?" If this was the case, he was going to have to question why he'd been so out of it lately to not notice.

"Oh." A slight shake of the head. "No, not really. I've only started setting up earlier this month."

A new stand, yes. Probably the reason that not many have heard about it yet. Or maybe it's because he's not in a particularly optimal location.

"Well...it's a temporary job until I could find something better. That was my original intent..."

Though from the looks of it, it seems that he'll be keeping the title of Ice Cream Man for longer. Not that it's the worst title ever. At least the ice cream makes people feel better, and being able to help people in one way or another is something Richard would be happy about.
